About payment

We accept the following payment methods:

※We can accept payments via cash only on our POP UP events.

Please choose your preferred form of payment while checking out on the shopping cart system. Please pay the total amount displayed on your order, this total will include the product price, tax, shipping fee and any other applying fees according to each payment method.

The payment method cannot be changed after the order is completed.

About shipping and delivery

Delivery of the ordered product will be shipped via Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
Shipping outside Japan will be done via EMS or Yamato International Shipping.

【Shipping】

The shipping fees are as follow:
Japan Local shipping: 770yen.
China, Korea, Taiwan: 2,800 yen
Asia (excluding China, Korea, Taiwan): 3,850 yen
Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: 5,550 yen
North, Central and South America (excluding Mexico), Africa: 6,600yen

Shipping fees will be charged per order.

 If you’d like us to combine items that have been ordered separately, any shipping fee that has already been charged cannot be refunded; even if you’d like us to combine the shipping of separate orders.
※When purchasing in-stock items and reservation items with different delivery periods in the same order, please understand that the order will not be shipped until all reservation items become available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please order the items separately.

【Scheduled delivery date】

To check the estimated time of arrival, please refer to the information listed on the product page.

Please note that your delivery might be delayed depending on traffic conditions, weather and region.
※We do not ship on weekends, holidays, New Year holidays, and other consecutive holidays.

【Specified delivery date】

Please take into consideration it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time.

Return / Exchange

We carefully inspect all our products before shipping.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal reasons (for example: size does not fit, item is different than imagined, there was a mistake while ordering the product, damage occurred when wearing, etc.).

≪We will accept replacements and refunds for the following reasons only≫
・If the product you receive (color or size) is different from the product you ordered
・If the item is damaged during delivery
・If the product is defective due to production errors

【Return / exchange conditions】

・Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery
・We will only accept unused items in their original boxes, with tags still attached, and that include all original accessories
※Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges even if we receive contact a week after delivery.

※Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or special price items.

We will exchange for the same product when stock is available. If stock is unavailable, we can exchange for another product, or offer a complete refund.

【Return method】

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or message us to the email address listed in the order confirmation email.
We will proceed with the return process once we confirm the item’s flaw.
Please return the item to our offices, we will provide all the information necessary.

Please contact us directly in case you’d like to apply for any returns, as we will not contact our customers about purchased goods.

Please note that in the following cases, we cannot accept any returns:

・The item is not as imagined or doesn’t look exactly like the product or model pictures.
※Product images are taken as close as possible to the actual product. However, depending on the lighting conditions at the time of shooting and the monitor used by the customer, there may be slight differences between the image and the actual item.
・The size is larger or smaller than expected.
・If the customer selects the wrong product or places an order by mistake.
※“Cooling off” is not applicable on webstores. Thank you for your understanding.

【Cancellation】

Cancellation after ordering is not accepted in principle.
Our products are mainly made to order, and will be produced after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Long-term absence / refusal of receipt

The period for package retention at Yamato Transport after shipment is 6 days.
If you receive a delivery note in your mail box, please contact them for re-delivery as soon as possible.

In the event that the storage period has expired and the package is returned to sender, we would ask the customer to cover all redelivery fees, this includes “Return shipping fee to us + shipping fee for redelivery". We can send the order again at a convenient date.
At the time an order is placed on our webstore, it is considered that there is an intention to purchase and pay for the product, as well as a commitment on both sides of the transaction.

In addition, if the storage period expires or the receipt of cash-on-delivery products is refused, future transactions may be refused.
Please we aware we reserve the rights to cancel or decline all transactions we determined to be malicious by past interaction.

※If a package is returned due to an unknown or incomplete address, it will be treated the same as a long-term absence return, so please make sure that there is no mistake, or omission in the delivery address when placing an order.
